An Idiot Dream

Once I had an idiot dream

My two big eyes in a prison doom

And a handsome youth in front

My eyes to look at was all he want.

I wonder,this handsome form rude

A villain,a wretch lost to pride

My eyes lost to thought

Was asked as he sought

No wonder,my eyes betrayed

My artless heart and mind unchained

Cupid’s shaft struck my eyes

Soon soon it cried in ties.

My tearful eyes he could’nt bear

He set me free to my dear

But to fire my eyes went a wild eternal fire did I lent.

Eversince my eyes wander my sweet goldencage to enter.
